Our shipping process varies depending on whether your order includes custom or non-custom items.

Custom Items
Because custom pieces are made exclusively for you, shipping begins only after your design is confirmed and production is complete. Once your garment passes final inspection, it will be securely packaged and shipped using tracked and insured delivery. You will receive shipping updates and a tracking number as soon as your item leaves our studio. Please note that custom orders require additional production time, as quality craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

Non-Custom Items
Ready-to-ship products follow standard processing and are typically dispatched within our normal fulfillment window. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.s

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer different return options based on the type of product you purchase:

Custom Items
Custom pieces are individually created for you—crafted from your measurements, style preferences, and approved design details. Because of their personalized nature, these items are not eligible for standard returns or refunds. However, we want your piece to fit flawlessly. If adjustments are needed, we offer complimentary alterations within a specified period after delivery to ensure your garment matches the vision you approved.

Non-Custom Items
Non-custom products may be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns must be requested within our standard return window. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference.
